SaaS Development

More than a web app with a login

A SaaS product is more than a web app with a login. It needs multi-tenancy so each customer's data stays separate, subscriptions and billing, user roles, onboarding, admin tools, and an architecture that holds up when the hundredth customer signs up, not just the first.

CGW builds SaaS products end to end for founders and businesses in Pakistan, the United States and elsewhere. We take an idea from a written scope to a deployed product with real users, and we can keep running and extending it afterwards on a monthly retainer.

We have shipped our own software products, including the AI POS App and the CGW Enterprise Suite, so the advice you get comes from building and operating them, not from a slide deck.

What you get

What's included

MVP scoping

A written scope that separates what must ship first from what can wait, so you launch sooner and spend less.

Multi-tenant architecture

Each customer's data isolated and secure, on a structure that scales from ten accounts to thousands.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans, trials, recurring payments and invoices through a payment gateway that suits your market.

Roles and permissions

Owners, admins and staff with exactly the access they need, enforced on the server rather than only hidden in the UI.

Dashboards and analytics

Usage, revenue and customer metrics for you, and clear dashboards for your customers.

AI features

LLM integrations, retrieval over customer data and AI insights using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or Groq.

Proof

Products we have built

The AI POS App is a full-stack retail SaaS with role-based access for four user types and more than 20 AI analytics modules. The CGW Enterprise Suite is a 66-module ERP and HRMS covering HR, finance, sales, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing and CRM, with a separate sign-in and dashboard for each department.

Both taught us the same lesson: the hard part of software products is not the first screen, it is permissions, data separation and reporting that stay correct as the product grows.

Our process

How it works

01

Discover

A call and a look at what you run today, so we understand the real problem before proposing anything.

02

Define

A written scope, timeline and fixed price, agreed before any work starts. What ships, and what does not.

03

Build

Working software in weekly increments on a link you can open yourself. No disappearing for weeks.

04

Deliver

Launch, a security and performance pass, documentation and the full source code in your hands.

FAQ

Common questions

How long does it take to build a SaaS MVP?

Most MVPs take four to six weeks through our Discover, Define, Build and Deliver process, with working software on a staging link every week. Larger platforms are delivered in phases.

What technology do you use?

Typically React or Next.js on the front end, Node.js on the back end and PostgreSQL for data, deployed to a cloud host. We adapt to an existing stack if you already have one.

Do I own the code and intellectual property?

Yes. You receive the full source code, and the product, data and accounts belong to you.

Can you maintain the product after launch?

Yes. Our retainer model gives you a monthly allocation of senior engineering time for new features, fixes and infrastructure.

Can you add AI to my existing SaaS?

Yes. We add AI features such as assistants, document analysis, smart search and automated insights to existing products without rebuilding them.
